Fantastic

The service from start to finish couldn't fault it. The part exchange price was spot on. They delivered the car for me as they was 4 hours away from me and I was diagnosed with cancer last September which they didn't know about so the drive to them and back would have been to much for me. I asked paul to deliver with no hesitation paul said yes, andy delivered car both guys lovely people. So big thanks you. Great service, really helpful and made our experience of buying a new car a pleasant one. I had an issue with the balancing after Paul from Polo Motor Company had got all four alloys renewed for me. He came and picked the car up and took it for the wheels to be balanced and also got the tracking checked while he was there. Great service and I would definitely recommen

Professional and a simple speedy process.

Hadn't bought a car for a number of years, so was a bit worried about processes etc. But was all explained really well with no pressure. I viewed it on Saturday, deposit paid Sunday, picked up Monday - a really nice Ford Focus - only had it for a day, so fingers crossed for trouble-free motoring, but many thanks to Paul for an excellent service!

Great cars

Paul was very helpful and approachable. No pressure during the whole process. Plenty of parking on site which was a bonus. All cars were nicely presented.
